This historic bed & breakfast is located on 3 quiet, off-highway acres north of Stowe. We have 4 rooms with private baths and 2 one-room suites with fireplaces, whirlpool tubs, and butlers kitchens. Outside are a deck and 2 covered porches, one with lovely views of the Green Mountains. Inside 3 common areas provide places to relax, play games, or watch a movie from our collection. Each morning enjoy a full hot breakfast. Near Stowe, Smugglers' Notch, and the Northeast Kingdom, providing plenty to do, summer or winter. Enjoy a relaxing stay thanks to our quiet, off-highway location. The inn is located on a paved residential street just ¼ mile off of Vermont Routes 15 and 100. There are over three acres of lawn, flower gardens, and woods, plus spectacular views of the Green Mountains. In the morning we will lavish you with a delicious, three-course breakfast and each evening you will be welcomed with tea and cookies or other treats. Inside there are three common areas in which to read, play board games or cards, watch TV or view one of nearly 200 videos. Outside you can enjoy two covered porches and a three-level deck with an outdoor hot tub, available year-round. Come and relax away from the everyday world or rest up after a busy day enjoying Northern Vermont's many activities and attractions.

Accommodations
Each of the four guest rooms and two one-room suites is individually decorated, with many antique furnishings. All rooms have private baths and views of the Green Mountains, woods and gardens, or both. Our suites (one on the ground floor with a private entrance) have whirlpool tubs, fireplaces, TV/VCR and butlers kitchens. A full hot breakfast is served in our dining room or on the rear deck (weather permitting) each morning.
Amenities
All rooms have hair dryers and irons & ironing boards.Early morning coffee is provided in the hall for the four guestrooms for those who like a cup when they first get up. The suites each have their own coffeemaker. Robes are provided for our guests, especially those wanting to take a soak in the hot tub, as are extra towels for the hot tub. Don’t forget to pack your swimsuit!
All rooms except the Vermont Federal have ceiling fans.
All rooms have air-conditioning during the warmer months.
Digital radio/alarm clocks are provided in each room.
Complimentary soda and bottled water are available.
A telephone is available for local and toll-free calls. Bring a phone card if you need to make long distance calls, as not all cell phones can get a signal here.
A computer with free high-speed internet access is available for guests needing to stay connected. Wireless internet is also available in most of the inn.
A library of nearly 200 videotapes is located in the TV room
Directions
From I-89, take Exit 10 (VT Hwy 100, Waterbury/Stowe) and follow Hwy 100 north through Stowe and Morrisville. (Hwy 100 makes several turns through Morrisville, so watch the signs carefully). At the T-intersection with Hwy 15 (traffic light), turn left and follow Hwy 15/100 approximately two miles. Turn right on Fitch Hill Road. The inn is ¼ mile up the road on the right.
From the West, follow Hwy 15 past the flashing yellow light where Hwy 100 turns north. Turn left at the next road (Fitch Hill Road). The inn is ¼ mile up the road on the right.
From the East, follow Hwy 15 approximately two miles past the traffic light in Morrisville where Hwy 100 joins Hwy 15. Turn right on Fitch Hill Road. The inn is ¼ mile up the road on the right.
To reach I-89 from the Burlington Airport, turn left (south) onto Airport Drive, turn right (west) onto US 2 and follow it to I-89. Cross the interstate bridge and take a right onto I-89 south.
